• Health data from Apple Health including blood glucose/insulin, exercise, steps, hydration, weight, etc.
• Meal and food diary entries you create
• Photos attached to diary entries

Important: This data is stored locally on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

The App uses your data for the following purposes:

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Send reports to your specified email address
• Generate personalized health reports

4. Data Storage and Security

Your health data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by iOS. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synchronized through Apple's iCloud service.

5. Analytics Services

The App uses Firebase Analytics to improve our services. The following anonymized information may be collected:

• App usage patterns and feature statistics
• Device information (device model, OS version)
• App crash and error information

• Delete: Delete personal data you have added in the App
